How do keywords work in TenderScan?

Keywords are terms or phrases that TenderScan monitors across tender documents. When a tender contains your keyword, it appears in your matches. Keywords can be single words or phrases. TenderScan searches tender titles, descriptions, and full documents for your keywords.

How do email alerts work?

TenderScan sends a Daily Digest email at noon each day containing all tenders that matched your keywords. The digest includes tender titles, organizations, deadlines, province badges, and direct links. Daily Digest emails are available on Starter and Pro plans.

We scan procurement portals multiple times daily on weekdays to ensure you see new tenders promptly. Matched tenders appear in your Daily Digest email sent at noon each day. You can also check your matches anytime by logging in to TenderScan.

Can I export my tender data?

CSV exports are available on the Pro plan (10 exports per month). Free and Starter plans do not include CSV exports. Pro users can export saved tenders or search results to CSV files for use in Excel or other tools.

How does the Bid Calendar work?

The Bid Calendar shows all your saved tenders on a visual monthly calendar, color-coded by urgency — red for tenders closing within 3 days, orange for within 7 days, and green for those further out. How do I filter tenders by province?

On the Tenders page, use the Province dropdown filter to select a specific province or territory. You can filter by ON, QC, BC, AB, SK, MB, NB, NS, PE, NL, NT, YT, NU, or National. Regional targeting is available on Starter and Pro plans.
